About

Alicia Kasih is an Indonesian dance instructor and choreographer.

She is based in Sydney, Australia.

After graduating from the prestigious Brent Street Studios full-time program (2005) and Urban Dance Centre (2007), Alicia won scholarships that brought her to the U.S. to train and work with the best in the entertainment industry. She is trained in ballet, contemporary, musical theatre, jazz and urban dance styles.

Driven by her passion for music, movement and story-telling, Alicia has developed and created independent works, theatrical productions, commercial projects and brand-specific performances. She served as resident choreographer-director and producer for Jakarta Broadway Team in 2009 - 2014.

Alicia currently teaches dance classes at Terpsichore Dance Company (Turramurra, NSW) and reformer pilates at various KX Pilates.

As a dance instructor, she believes in strong work ethic, safe practice & progression and most importantly, the joy of movement.
